Author Guidelines

AI Aura – Article Guidelines for Guest Contributors

Welcome, and thank you for considering a contribution to AI Aura. These guidelines are designed to help you craft your piece while preserving the unique tone and integrity of the platform. We value clarity, depth, and multiplicity of voice, and we welcome your feedback on this document.

1. Use of Generative AI

If you used any Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in the process of writing or illustrating your piece, please include a short acknowledgment at the end of the article.

2. Editorial Flow

To preserve the distinct rhythm and aesthetic of AI Aura, we may suggest edits or add images. That said, your voice matters: we will only publish the article once you’ve approved the final version.

3. Word Count

Submissions can be short reflections or longer essays — anywhere between 300 and 1,000 words.

4. Originality & Integrity

  • We do not repost articles that have been published elsewhere. However, if your submission engages with or expands on earlier work, that’s welcome, as long as at least 70% of the content is new.
  • We expect all contributors to uphold academic and creative integrity, including avoiding plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

5. Images

Feel free to include images with your article. Please make sure you either own the rights to the images or have obtained permission to use them, and always credit the source.

6. Contact Information & Anonymity

Let us know if you’d like your name, email, or any other contact information included with your piece. On a case-by-case basis, we accept anonymous submissions, especially when the content benefits from protected authorship.

7. Publication Decisions

While we deeply value every submission, final decisions about whether a piece will be published rest with the AI Aura editorial team.

8. Removing a Published Piece

You can request that your article be removed from the site at any time. We will honor your request promptly and without question.

Acknowledgement: final refinement of this doc done using ChatGPT.
